 What Features do you want?
I have not talked this over with Jim but this is a planning thread and not a "I have decided" thread so speak up folks if you want a feature or not.
First off, I am thinking we should get an RSS feed going. Then, a "front" page with specific feeds from the RSS, kind of a "new posts" sort of thing. Then, in addition, list feeds from member's pages.
I also would like to implement a multi-quote mod I found for PHPBB.
hmm, I am tired now. I might actually go to sleep.
Any issues with the above?
Any requests?
Thanks.

Re: Features I am Planning on
I don't know if this software allows it and I am not sure I can explain it properly in English but will try.
On forums such as RPG.net and theRPGsite, I can write a post, highlight a word, then click on URL while the word is highlighted and a small window pops up, allowing me to copy/paste a link. Here, I can't do that. Is there a way to do that? It's a stupid thing but a real time saver and a feature I use often on other forums.
I love the ideas you have in store, BTW. I'm already feeling at home. Thank you!

Re: Features I am Planning on
You can do the same thing here, but the interface is just not quite as fancy. You highlight the word, and click on the URL button above. It will wrap the word in URL tags.
Right after the first "URL" you simply past "=www.yoururlhere.com" so that it is all inside the brackets.
Maybe you knew that and wanted a faster step (this method has one more step because you have to add the equals sign), but this is the standard for phpBB (which is free) and the other version is the standard for vBulletin (which isn't).

Well, I kind of suspected it was something like that but I didn't know for sure, so thank you! Let's test it now: Walker's favorite game company

Re: Features I am Planning on
I'd like the ability (I couldn't find it, it might be hidden?) from my user panel or whatever to be like, "When I'm logged in, I want to see *100* posts per page" (instead of default 10). Thanks! -Andy

New post button and a quick reply box, if possible, please. I'm lost without them.

Re: Features I am Planning on
Ohh...okay. I was looking for a hyperlink function, and I didn't realise that the URL function did the same thing (I thought it only inserted the actual URL address, not create a hot link in the text). My request is (hopefully) very simple: I would like quotes to be broken out in a slightly contrasting color. The box is well and fine, but on my laptop it's sometimes difficult to differentiate the quote from the new text. A background shade of some kink would be nice. !i!

The filter here at work doesn't block this site out. I demand it be kept that way.
Please.
