There was(is?) a rpg called "Orbit" by "psychobillly games" that involved teenagers in a future galactic trivialization being forced to go on a "wanderschen" for like 4 years during late adolescence for various reasons, so basically it was a "horny wild teens sewing their oats in the uncivilized part of the galaxy" sort of thing. While the official live was it was to familiairize them with alien culture, the real purposes were to weed out the unfit, encourage the rebellious to settle outside civilized space and to' let the kids spend 4 years getting screwed, blewed and tattooed' as one politician put it while drunk.

Ironically you get get the supplements free from rpgnow.com but the actual game itself is hard to find.
