 Re: The RPG Haven Podcast
Yah, they are both great, and great players too, we miss them badly in Tucson. I even got to appear a few times, presumably that is what is responsible for ruining the podcast and making them quit.

 Re: The RPG Haven Podcast
I hope I didn't come across as crowing about their departure. That was not at all my intent.

 Re: The RPG Haven Podcast
Nah, you're good. And right! (And I know the Blessings enjoyed therpghaven podcast's earlier incarnation, we discussed it on Out of Character a couple of times, so I'm sure they'd be psyched for it to give their methods a go.)

 Re: The RPG Haven Podcast
I loved it when they were unabashedly Savage Worlds fans. When they split the cast and tried to do Smiling Jacks' ..., I tried to keep up but lost interest. It seems like they bought off more than they could chew as well, because they weren't nearly as regular after that. Keeping energy up for a long run of podcasting when its a labor of love is hard. I'm thankful for what they added to my gaming life at the time and would certainly never criticize them for letting the cast fade. As some bible-echoing fellows once sang, "To every season, turn, turn turn ..."

That would be the Byrds, with Roger McGuinn on electric twelve string guitar. One of the most recognizable sounds in rock. -clash

 Re: The RPG Haven Podcast
We a have a plan. We also have other demands on our attention and energy. Inertia for the win. But Fear Not Good Listener! I want to do this, Troy wants to do this. We just need to get moving to have inertia work for us rather than against us.
