I stumbled across Forum Runner, a software which creates a mobile-friendly interface for phpBB and vBulletin forums. It looks like there may be some cost involved and possible security issues, but I think it is something worth looking into.

I think ENWorld is already set up for it.

Colony of Gamers uses Tapatalk, which is very nice.

The server-side plugin is free, and the client only costs $3 (and there's a read only version that's free), and is available for iPhone, Android, and Blackberry.

It's also very well supported, I get updates constantly.

I recommend it.

Ah, cool. I assumed there must be some competition among this minor market and there were disturbingly few real reviews of Forum Runner, which made me hesitant to push for it strongly. I'll take a look at Tapatalk. Thanks for the recommendation.

I've had problems logging into Roludo with Tapatalk. Not sure if it's the app or the configuration, but it doesn't want to take my password.

That's nice. I will have to check it out. Because forums can be a headache on my Android phone.

I wasn't aware that people were putting out apps for view forums.

Wonder how hard it is to install the app on the forum side.
