Re: Rules Light S&S Barbarians of Lemuria for the win for me.
It's an easy system where characters can be created in no time and you can teach anyone (even people who have never gamed before) howto play it in under 5 minutes. I was running (it's on pause right now) a Barbarians of Lemuria game and it's my favorite system |

You really should. The book itself (Print edition) is $10 and the .pdf is inexpensive. As I mentined it's a game you can teach anyone to learn really quick (no matter if they have ever played a rpg or not). I can't say enough good stuff about it |

The print edition of Barbarians of Lemuria I got at my local friendly game store. I think it's just a matter of whether they have it. You could always ask them to get it for you |
