 Re: Snacks
My chocolate mousse pie with homemade whipped cream, also my pumpkin pie are both crowd pleasers. That said, snacks are not the ficus of the game. It may be a form of filler entertainment (yeah, probably not the healthiest choice) that fills the slow times without distracting the way more intense entertainments would. Stuff like computers, handhelds, xbox or tv just get in the way while happily taking the time while some other plot point that your character is not involved in to munch on your favorite treat helps the time go by. Now, a comparison I would offer is that I am the type of guy who eats his popcorn at a movie while waiting for the movie to start. During the movie I do not snack (much). In this way, snacks seem to play a part at my table. You know, just a crazy post about the thread topic.

 Re: Snacks
We do a variety of finger mostly. Taco bars, baked potato bars, tapas, you name it. Add in cold refreshing beverages and it gets goodly.

 Re: Snacks
The next dish I am taking to a gaming potlock is a gutbomb. I'm going to cook up some Louisiana Hotlinks and cut them up and put them into a vat of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (2 batches), along with a can of Chili Con Carne without beans. It is almost too good.

The tyrannical Sonic Filter placed on the server does not allow me to view youtube at work. I'll have to check it out later.

 Re: Snacks
I would imagine it's Poutine - fries with curd cheese and gravy - with fois gras - fatted goose liver. Guaranteed to harden the arteries of ten year olds. -clash
