 Re: Dark Ages HeroQuest
Entirely plausible. The family lands might be lying desolate and fallow, or they might be housing Saxons. I have an idea for an opening scene if you're stuck.

 Re: Dark Ages HeroQuest
One of my favorite random treasure rolls from the old, old RuneQuest supplement Plunder! was "A piece of jewelry that serves as a deed to a landholding" or somesuch thing. Proof that it's yours, but good luck claiming it. !i!

Aeddan's is so tarnished he hardly recalls what it originally looked like...

 Re: Dark Ages HeroQuest
It's on me - our company moved on Friday and I'm still helping pick up the pieces. And let me tell you...moving 50-some miles from the far suburbs to the south side without planning (idiots!) leaves a lot of pieces...
droog - you said you had an idea. If you want to start, I will gladly follow...

 Re: Dark Ages HeroQuest
Hi guys. No, not a love hotel, though I was told they're good value. I'm now staying in a very charming little inn not far from the Kyoto train station. It is a 4.5 tatami room. Today I went to see the Kinkakuji and the Ginkakuji.
